23 March 2012 I have completed my articleship two year ago and also got my article ship completion letter from institute. But I had not submitted the Form No. 112 for the M.Com. course, which I submitted to Institute now with late fees and Condonation letter. Now I want to apply for the Membership but I don't get any confirmation letter form Institute for Form 112. Can I apply for the membership

24 March 2012 In your case Institute may take action against you as you have done M.Com without taking any permission during your article ship. The Institute can even cancel your article ship training as completed by you. Now, if you file 112 then it is dis-closer after completion. So you file form No. 2 to complete the process for your membership and once this comes to the knowledge of the Institute then you have file a letter of apology
