Does the Institute generally take more time in sending articleship confirmation letter to those students who submit their form after 30days of commencement of training?

Everybody i wanna know that what should be the last date for me to send my articleship form to the institute as i passed on my Inter group-1 on may 2012.
and i am already registered with my CA before 30th of october 2012....
Plz make me clear for the last dates of submissin of my articlship form and also the late fees to be paid.... and the formalities required.....
Plz frnds rply me a sonn as possible.

i am a b.com hons final year student from regular college ...my exams will held in may so classes in the clg is complete ..can i start my articleship nw and what documents i have to submit

q. What is the reason behind this ?

2.Legal rules as to allotment of shares.

1.Under the companies act- No valid allotment can be made unless the person agrees in writing to become a member.

q.There can be thousands of members of a company, so every member is required to apply in writing for allotment?

3.Promissory note: Meaning

An instrument in writing containing an unconditional undertaking signed by the maker to pay certain sum of money only to
a certain person, or the order of certain person , or "the bearer of the instrument".

While the essential characteristics of promissory note states , as per the provisions of RBI Act, 1934 "cannot be made payable to the bearer"

these two statements seem opposite to me.

I need clarification in this regard.

In one of our client company, their employee having car which is used for employment but the car registered in the name of wife of that employee and the company pays hire charges to employee's wife and TDS also deducted u/s 194C as contract.But the company entered agreement with the employee wife for the hiring of car.

In this regard i thought its diversion of Income, its form part of salary, so its taxable in hands of employee only.

Also clarify me Service tax applicable in this regards

i am registered for CS foundation on 29.2.2012
but now i have cleared my IPCC so i am exempt from CS foundation.....
now when i will register for CS executive will a NEW REGISTRTION no. will be issued or i simply have to switsover to CS EXECUTIVE with my old REGISTRATION no. & will my FEE of CS FOUNDATION will be adjusted.....

What are the medical grounds Cover Please help me
If the articled assistant is not able to serve the articleship for specified genuine medical reasons thereby opting to discontinue the CA course for a period of at least three months, the termination of articles be permitted, provided that the medical grounds are such that warrant termination of Articleship.

I have completed my 6 months of articleship till now i have not done any ca work, the work i have given is only roc filing, preparing minutes.should i take transfer from this firm.

i m a CA final student and i want to do my industrial training,,,,,so i wnt to know is there any benefit of doing industrial training?
