Dear Sir,
I have completed my 6 months of articleship till now i have not done any ca work, the work i have given is only roc filing, preparing minutes.should i take transfer from this firm.

ROC work is also part of article ship. Yes, you can take transfer without any restriction with the approval of Institute.
I will suggest you to make application for taking prior approval from Institute before filing Form-109.
