Everybody i wanna know that what should be the last date for me to send my articleship form to the institute as i passed on my Inter group-1 on may 2012.
and i am already registered with my CA before 30th of october 2012....
Plz make me clear for the last dates of submissin of my articlship form and also the late fees to be paid.... and the formalities required.....
Plz frnds rply me a sonn as possible.

You mean Inter Group-1 Means IPCC group-1.
There is no time limit for registration to articleship after qualification of IPCC group-1 or both. You can register for your articleship at any time but you will be eligible for your CA final attempt after completion of 2 and half years of your articleship period. And the form 102 & 103 shall be send to the Institute to register your articleship with in 30 days from the commencement of your articleship with out paying any penalty or showing any evidence of articleship commenced.
And you are said you registered you CA before 30th October 2012 what is that meaning i don't understand it is you registered for CA final before 30th October 2012 because of with out registration to CA you can't appear for IPCC exams.
Please make question very clear with sufficient input and details if your view is different with me then only possible to clear your doubt.

I want to state that i have been registered with my CA for articleship on 30th of october and the last date for me after getting registered with CA on 30 october will be the last of november. without giving any last fees and penalties...

Yes, With in one month from the date of commencement of your articleship you have to submit form 102 & 103 with out paying any late fee and with out showing stipend paying proof. So in your case it is November 2012.
In your question you use "I am already registered with my CA before 30th October 2012" this giving different meaning otherthan what you want for that query you have to indicate i already started my articleship before 30th October 2012 but till now not submitted because of till the completion submission of forms 102 & 103 and it acceptance by Institute we can't say you registered with CA for Articleship.
So it giving the meaning confusion to me thus i gave you brief explanation as above in my first reply.
