A student has to submit application in Form No.112 to the appropriate Regional Office of the Institute seeking permission to pursue other course of study within one month of joining the college/ course. The office shall grant permission within one month from the date of receipt of Form No.112. The students currently undergoing graduation or other course under general permission, which was given for the articled assistant to pursue graduation course, is withdrawn; therefore should obtain the permission within six months of issuance of new guidelines. The students shall, however, be permitted to complete the academic session/year currently undergoing and switch over to correspondence courses or institutions where no classes are conducted between 11.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. on any working day. In Peer Review, the Reviewer be required to verify whether training is imparted to the articled assistants in the manner prescribed.

04 March 2013 To start articleship IPCC direct entry scheme registration is compulsory to get such registration qualification of Degree with required percentage of marks such 55% or 60% as the case for your case it is 55% so to know the qualification and qualified marks you has to write exams and has to get the results and marks sheet either soft or hard copy. So now you can't start your articleship.
In case you already registered to IPCC and completed your first group or both groups of IPCC then first you take classes completion certificate from your principle it is evidence to you need not to attend classes and then you can start your articleship.
The process for starting of articleship is choose your employer where you want to go for articleship training and then agree the terms and condition with that employer on form 102 and fill 103 and send to the ICAI with in one month from the date of starting of articleship by paying articleship registration fee through DD if not paid earlier all other information will be available you at such forms along with that forms you have to send form 112 by making sign with your employer and your principle and by you along with that form 112 you also attache the classes completion certificate copy for safe side then you may not face any problem from the side of ICAI in future because of eventhough classes completed you have to attend exams then only officially your course shall be completed upto the last exam you shall be in course so required form 112.
