Sir,
I completed 6.5 months of my articles and i panned to take transfer and my auditor also accpted for the same.
If i get rigistered in other firm immediately after sending 109 form, wheteher period counted from joining date or not?
and i want to know that GMCS Programme could be done any chapter or particularly in the chapter where the articles Registered?

Yes, the period will be counted. And you can do your GMCS programme at any chapter of ICAI.
