QUALIFICATION : M.COM (percentage is very low, i have passed the examination then only for Increments) in Higher Secondery examination 54%
i have passed the CAIIB Examination conducted by IIBF in the year 1992

I just want to ask after completion of Articleship Principals signature stamp is required on form?
any other CA's signature is ok?
self declaration is sufficient?
any attachment is required?

i am scaring as exam date coming near.. not able to get confidence help me.....

Sir/madam, I passed both the groups in Ipcc nov 13.I was told that one must register for articles with in 30 days from date of result.but Iam not yet completed my itt.is it valid when I enter in to agreement with an auditor right now and registered with icai after completion of itt?did there be any delay for my final attempt?

Gud eve respected seniors, I m a ipcc student. My story is not so much different from so many unlucky students.. last year when i passed my cpt in 1st attempt with distiction.. there is lots of happieness nd confidence in my nd my elders eyes.. soo i got my ipcc both grp reg for nov'13 exams.. but because of some wrong choices nd decisions... i couldn't complete my syallbus.. even i study only 2 months in this entire period... i m completely depressed nd not want to give this attempt.. but coz of family pressure i have to give exams.. voo kehte h na.. jb khuch kismat m nhi likha hota too voo nhi hi hota.. i give my 1st grp... nd in 2nd grp audit it-sm exams i got an accident nd couldnt give my exams...:-(:-( nw the result has arrived my marks are Acc 51 law 44 cost 40 tax 40.. ek trf s m khush hu ki i am passed in individual subjects but i m failed to achieve the target of 200. Nw i m nt soo depressed... i m full of confidence that in this may attempt i will defenetly clear my both grp together.. B-) Sir plss sugest me how to study means i have complete notes of my 1st grp nd i wanna to take video classes of 2nd grp classes.. should it is right too follow the old pettern of study which i follow too prepare for 1st grp in last attempt (however i will nt repeat the mistakes which i have dine) nd is the spending on video classes in the right decision?? plsss seniors help me out.. i want to clear this tym at any cost

if I got exemption in may 2013 will it be applicable for nov 14?

i already working in ca firm as a article assistant from last 4 years but now i have cleared my both group of ipcc exam on 31st jan 2014. can i get exemption in articleship because of earlier trainee done by me in ca firm.

i registered myself for itt at gazipur centre on 1st august 2013 but due to some health issued i did not able to attend the classes. now i have cleared both grp of ipcc so my question is can i again register myself for ITT at rohini centre... and this batch will start on 25 march... plZ help me

mr. "A" is son of mr."B" mr, A is non- resident, and doing job in foreign but he sent remittance to his father in India . mr B's return shows mr A as creditor . if mr. A wants to file return in India for a. y 2013-14 how this remittance will be treated ? mr. A filed his last return in India for a.y 2005-06

hi sir i want to know few details about direct entry scheme..i am an existing ipcc students..but failed in both the groups for the last two attempts..i have completed my degree...i have completed my itt and orientation too...my que is 1)what is the last date for registration through direct entry 2)wen can i get my first attempt under direct entry 3)since i paid all fees foe both grps,articles fee how much should i pay now? 4)siince 9 mnths study have been earlier under ipcc nw again i have to undergo 9 mnths study again under direct entry?
