I just want to ask after completion of Articleship Principals signature stamp is required on form?
any other CA's signature is ok?
self declaration is sufficient?
any attachment is required?

Which form you are talking about?
If you are asking about exam form the you can take sign of any CA on the same only self declaration is not sufficient.

Yes if you have completed your articleship any CA can sign your form for appearing in the Final or any other examination of ICAI
