if I got exemption in may 2013 will it be applicable for nov 14?

Exemption is available for next three attempts from the attempt on which you get even though you loose next attempts(means you didn't appear), Thus your exemption got in May 2013 attempt is available for November 2013,May 2014 and November 2014. In case if you didn't clear that exemption got group by November 2014 attempt then you loose such exemption from May 2015 attempt.
So your exemption got in May 2013 is available and applicable for November 2014 attempt.
