hi everyone I wanted to knw which is good reference book for law. I heared about munish bhandari but confused to buy hand book or reference book. please reply soon experts....

My query is I had 185 days excess leave already taken care in institute database I earrned 102 days of credit by working extra ,database is unknown to the fact. If I dont consider credit earned I will not be completing 2.5 yrs of articleship,does institute can reject my form on the basis of not providing weights to credits earned ?In counting days worked does credit days need to be added(as per bye laws of institute)

My client is providing services in CA classes as Faculty Member.
The owner of the classes collects service tax from students under coaching classes services and deposits the same. He make the payment to my client on profit sharing basis after deducting the above service tax.
My query is :

My client has crossed the limit of 9 Lakhs on such income he receives. Is he also liable to charge service tax to the owner of classes and if yes, under what head?

1. So, please suggest me which group to select first in order to clear ASAP.
I am asking this question since group 2 has only 3 subjects.
2. I registered on Jan 15, 2014. Is it compulsory to complete the 9 months articleship to get eligible to write inter exam in Nov 2014?

Sir I am Student Of IPCC Direct Scheme Still i Am Not Study in any Subject I am Not Go Any Coaching Class so Time Is limit Only 88 Days Go So Why I am Split the Subject To Read And Success of Exam in May-2014

I am too confused that wheter to give both groups or 1st group for ipcc exams.,i have taken classes for 1st group only,

please help me friends I have my ca final this may I missed my cost tutn and accnts turn due to an accident so the classes r pending my tax tution is on going and remaining all subjects untouched how shud I study please help me and provide me a good planner so that I study and pass my exams I hv very less time
