I am appearing for Both PE-II Both Groups and I secured 50 plus in Auditing and Law in my last attempt,but I got less marks in accounts, Now I would like to score more marks in this nov attempt. So,Kindly send your valuable suggestions as early as possible regarding how to improvise my performance in this upcoming examinations.

i am studying CA(pcc).my attempt is Nov 2008 but due to health reason i am decided to write may2009 attempt and i am continuing my articles without leave.if i written november attempt, my final attempt is 2010 november.if i am writting 2009 attempt when i can give final attempt.

sir thanks but as for my earlier query regarding pursuing cs & law plus doing articles the issue is my friend who wants to do it is married she is lucky to have chance of studying & going ahead
can she register for articles now wait till her cs final result which is in feb & then submit form 112 with late filling fine coz then if she clears she has no need to disclose cs then she would reveal only llb as now her collge is ready to make timings till 10:00 am as even she cleared peii in this july and want to appear fo r final in nov 2010 pls help sir

Can i get help w.r.t notes which we can give to an association of persons having Different Hotels as there members. There main source of Fund is subscriptions from Memebers & contribution for other events undertaken by association.
They dont have much expenses. only expenses related to events undertaken.
What opinion a CA can give on this which has to be presented in front of the members.

Can some help me.
I have started my articleship on 21st july 2008. After that I went on outstation audit and so was unable to fill the forms ie. 102 and 103.
Now I have to submit the forms on 25th of October 2008.So please say what should be the late fees added with Rs.7500/- DD.
