Can any one suggest me what is the status of application of Provident fund on directors. Whether it is exempt or applicable.

the PF is applicable on salary basis whether he is direcor or not.
if the basic salary is less then 6500/- then PF will be applicable or once the liability of PF is applicable then it will be for life time.
if the basic salary is less then 6500/- then PF will be applicable or once the liability of PF is applicable then it will be for life time.
