i had writen pe-2 both groups in nov2007.... had passed pe-2 group 1 and in group2: cost and fm 60 marks gained e
xemption in nov 2007 examination.i had written examination again for remaining two subjects in group 2 (i.e..income tax&cst,information technology=
)....but i got income tax -61 marks,information technology-29 marks...in may 2008.
my doubt is that whether ....i gained exemption in income tax....or not....?
should i write both subjects in nov 2008 examination....?
could u please tell me as early as passible....i am in dilama on whether to write both subjects again.....upto
now i am not getting clear cut information on this issue......please clarif my doubt......

I need a clarification on the articleship.I worked as a paid assistant with the CA when iam pursuing my PE2.I worked as a paid assistant in a firm for 2.5 years .I have completed my PE2 recently.Do i have any option of switching off those years to my articleship .Please help me in this Regard.

a friend of mine is having her cs final attempt in dec 2008 she is also pursuimg llb in first year now plus she cleared her peii in this july her llb is regular course and college timing is from 7:10am -12:15 pm she has not yet registered for articles what is the remedy when one needs to submit form 112 and is it compulsory to disclose that she is pursuing cs shouls she quit law screwed??????????????????????

i have cleared my peii this july have not yet registered for aricles i got news that after completion of two years of articles i can appear for final exam is it true?
secondly what would be the last date to register for articles if i want to appear in nov. 2010

Sir, I had applied for PCC registration on the month of April, but had not submitted form 112 as college holidays were going on, which caused the institute to sent an discrepancy letter requiring form 112. While submitting form 103, I had mentioned my second year's timing which clashed the new schedule laid down by ICAI from 1st April 2008.
My new college timing also clashing with that of the articleship timing.
So how could I continue the registration or terminte from it.

my first attempt of PCC exam is in MAY 2009. my 15 months articleship got over this sep 27,2008.And my 3.5 years of articleship will get over in Dec 27,2010. And am suppose to write my final CA exam in may 2011. Now My queries are:-
1) can i take the leave now as i have done my 15 months of articleship?
2) If i take the leave now, its 6 months approximately from today when i will write my pcc exam. so, whether the leave would be considered for the whole 6 months? Because institute itself gives leave of 3 months for study purpose so that should be set of right???
3) if i take the transfer now,would my CA wirte on the transfer certificate the whole 6 months leave or will he write 3 months only as the other 3 months are provided by the institute itself as a study holiday?
