hi sir one of my frd has done his pcc registration ON 6 aug 2008 ?he got ITT BOOKS N ONE LETTER SAYING THAT WE HAVE ACCEPTED URS FEES THANKS?IS THIS ENOUGH TO THINK THAT HE WILL GET HIS IDENTITY CARD?N WHAT ELSE HE SHOULD DO TO GET HIS IDENTITY CARD QUICKLY?

I HAD APPEARED FOR MAY 2008 PCC EXAM IN WHICH I GOT AN EXEMPTION IN ACCOUNTS.. I HAD APPLIED FOR BOTH GROUPS AND INDICATED THE EXEMPTION IN MY EXAM FORM, BUT IN THE ADMIT CARD, THE ACCOUNTS PAPER APPEARS AGAIN.. AM I SUPPOSED TO REAPPEAR FOR THE EXAM..IS THERE SOME MISTAKE ON MY PART IN FILLING THE EXAM FORM BECAUSE OF WHICH EXEMPTION IS NOT VISIBLE IN ADMIT CARD......PLEASE HELP

hi every one, im a CA Final (old ) student. I cleared my PE-II in nov. 2006. and regtd for articleship from 16 Aug 2007. i want to know when My 1st attempt for final shall fall due. is there any notification on 30Jun 2008 regarding Final Exam.(old Course) after complitation of one year articalship for students who clear PE II.

i have cleared ca in may 08 what is the time line to do gmcs & what is its duration.

i have registered my articles on 9/09/2007 and my final exam attempt is nov 2009,but due to some problems i have taken leave for 5 months during my article period and now iwould like to take termination ,now in termination form if this leave period is mentioned ,is there any effect on my final attempt ,what is the elibible leave period ?please clarify my query .

and Then Service Tax is Charged AS PER Service Tax rules then
Can I advice the party to change the theme of bill for exmpted in Service Tax and I tell to china perty to Specify that the bill is for Researche & Development, So Party get Exmption from S.T
Is it good for Service-Tax?????
Isn't it any Legal problem faced by Party????
