12 October 2008 hi sir one of my frd has done his pcc registration ON 6 aug 2008 ?he got ITT BOOKS N ONE LETTER SAYING THAT WE HAVE ACCEPTED URS FEES THANKS?IS THIS ENOUGH TO THINK THAT HE WILL GET HIS IDENTITY CARD?N WHAT ELSE HE SHOULD DO TO GET HIS IDENTITY CARD QUICKLY?

13 October 2008 the registeration letter is usually accompanied by the id card so check if the letter acknowledging registeration has been recieved if so call the institute and submit the greivance
