About me

Hi, I'm Rayan Sequeira a Chartered Accountant & a Cost and Works Accountant, currently working for PricewaterhouseCoopers CI LLP . I have experience in varied fields ranging from Due Diligence reviews in Mergers & Acquisitions, Statutory Audits of various categories of companies, Tax Audits of various business entities, Buy Back of Shares, Service Tax Certification, Individuals/Corporate/Firm Taxation, Statutory Compliances [Manual & E-Filing]. Tax Planning for Individuals, Departmental Aspects – Assessments & Other Procedural aspects, Independent handling of tax returns filing. Computation of Tax on Employment, Employees Provident Fund & Payment of Bonus to name a few. I commenced the Student's newsletter “The Articled” (a Newsletter for the Chartered community and articles at large) and was the Chief Editor from its inception in the year April 2007- November 2008.
