hiii is it dat PCC may 2008 attempt is the 3rd attempt????? i hv seen the PCC papers in icai site also.... hw can students give PCC without completing 18 months articleship???

its because the people who had registered under the earlier schemes but somehow didnot clear or give their attempt will now be eligible for the PCC exams under the transitional chase
