23 October 2008 I m a PCC student & have completed 13 months of articleship. i have my attempt in May 2009. Can i get leave before completion of 15 months of articleship?
OR
is it mandatory to complete 15 months articleship for appearing in the exam and then take the leave?

Please let me know the provisions of leave.

23 October 2008 IT IS MANDATORY TO COMPLETE 15 MONTHS. ICAI FORM IS TO BE FILLED ACCORDINGLY. LEAVE RECORDS ARE MUTUALLY KEPT BETWEEN THE PRINCIPAL AND THE ARTICLED ASSISTANT. I HOPE THIS IS CLEAR.

23 October 2008 You can take leave only after completion of your 15 months training. In other words, your 15 months stipend must be credited to your bank account before taking leave.
