23 October 2008 Is it necessary to study every section in mercantile law ? becoz there are lot of sections it is really hard to remind each. pls tell me.

23 October 2008 You need not to remember Sections, there are a lot to remember else.
It is enough if you could understand the contents of sections.

One thing that i would say to read basic and primery sections.
