I have completed 3 years of articleship. My principal has given excess leave of 85 days. Can I regularise this 85 days with another principal with in the same city.

Friends, i got a few doubts about cs it trainin. Pls help me.
1) Is it necessary to complete IT training before attempting any executive level papers?.
2)which institute i that i can join for it training. In icsi website, earlier it was niit but now they are showing aptech as training institute. Which one i should chose guys?.
3)also i've jus registered for cs executive. So will it be possible to complete 70 hr training before registering for the exam.
Please answer me friends, i'm waiting.

My query is - CA final exam form / verification form says that it has to be signed by the Principal.

Please let me know, whether for the Articleship completed student of CA Final - would it still require to be signed by the (erstwhile) Principal?

Or it could be signed by any other CA holding COP?

Actually, i'm a CA FINAL student.. In PCC, i never learned or even saw the CASE LAWS for my exams.. Though got good marks in PCE JUNE'09.... But, now i wanted to know, how important are the CASE LAWS for FINALS??? My problem is that, i can't remember the case laws on one hand, on the other, its impossible for me to co-relate each case law with Q i'm asked in exam... I mean, i really wonder how my friends did that, coz i get confuse after reading CASE LAWS... So, is it feasible for me if i skip CASE LAWS completely in FINALS too, or there are some important case laws existing for exams....
