what r the steps to change from pe2 to pcc/ipcc. i have completed 2nd group in pe2 in 2005 and i cannot complete rest is there any possibility to change to pcc/ipcc if so what i want to do.If i change should i take both groups or only 1st which i have not complete. Please any one can do this for me.

I came to know that there is mutual exemption in certain papers of ICWA for CS passed candidates and vice versa. Please specify the papers of ICWA in which a CS passed candidate may be allowed exemptions from.

Can sum1 tell me the AMMENDMENTS applicable for CS Executive exam DEC09?
