I have completed 3 years of articleship. My principal has given excess leave of 85 days. Can I regularise this 85 days with another principal with in the same city.

You can regularise these 85 days with another principal only and only if u will get transfer from ur old Principal and ICAI must allow u transfer in same city.
Presently it is almost impossibal to get trnfr frm ICAI.
But i think at least once u must visit any branch of ICAI for ur current query.
