how should i prepare my ca final 1st group

My father is a heart patient and for his better check up we will be shifting to Mumbai for some time where my brother also resides. I can provide my brother's job detail. I need transfer on this ground since no body will be here with whom I can stay.

Need suggestions in this respect...

What is concept of group companies.
Can Group companies be Pvt. Ltds. only or mix of Pvt. Ltd., LLP & Ltd. companies.
What is the procedure to form group companies

Sir/Madam, I have registered for my articles on May 2nd 2013, after completing my orientation and ITT. and going to take up my IPCC (both Groups) exams on May 2014. I heard that GMCS-1 Must be completed Within 1 year of Articleship i.e., by May 2014. When enquired in Institute they are telling to come after completing 10 months of article-ship,is it necessary to complete it by 1 Year of articles or After 1 year also we can do that send me the links(if any).

CAN WE TAKE TRANSFER AFTER ONE YEAR ON THE BELOW REASION:-

SIR: WE GET 10 MONTH OF STIPEND AT A ONE SINGLE CHQUE AND 2 MONTH IS DUE .

do we need to take prior permission from institute for getting transfer to another city AFTER COMPLETION OF ONE YEAR ARTICLESHIP

Hi,
I have started my articleship on 21/2/2013 from when am I eligible to start Industrial training? How many months study leave is generally provided as study leave for for CA final students. Also Industrial training tenure happens to be around 9-12 mnths thus my Industrial training period will end roughly around September 2013, but my CA final exams are scheduled in November 2014! So it roughly means that I get only 2 months study leave. Does it mean I will have to skip attempt to do my Industrial training and get adequate study time? Is it worth skipping an attempt?

is there any advantage of MBF (master in business finance) course offerd by ICAI......

and how we get benifit in finance field after pursuing the course
