I NEED SOME EXTRA REASON FOR TRANSFER OTHER THAN GRANTED BY ICAI .
THAT CAN BE APPROVED BY ICAI.

other then what icai have specified you will not get transfer in subsequent years of articleship.

Agree with Mr. Sampat,
ICAI will not allow on that note,
However, you can try by making an application on plain paper signed by you and by your Principal submit it to ICAI..
