i am in private company.having authorised and paid up share 10000 value 10per share...
can my company increase equity share authorised and paid up from 10000 eq. sh. to 1 crore eq. share of 10 each...of course after amending AOA ..is there any celing limit of issuing equity shares in pvt. company?

Closing a company under fte

A company incorporated in 2009 has neither done any business since its incorporation nor contributed any share capital. Now out of 3, 2 directors want to close the company through FTE. But its difficult to take sign of 3rd director on any document. Now can only 2 directors close the company.

Technical issue at mca login

Hi can one help to out of this?
I am not able to login through internet explorer at MCA portal because it does not ask for Digital certificate at login and submit button also not working. Please help me. Its urgant
