I Had filed a petition U/s 141 for Condonation of Delay of 23 days in filing Form 17 for satisfaction of Charge.

Now my hearing is fixed for same.

Please let me know that whether I have to personally attend the hearing or is there any other way.

Please also provide information regarding place/Office Address of MCA where hearing shall b e made if petition is filed before C.L.B. New Delhi.

Dear Sir,

I have filed up & ready Form 18 and Form 32.
When I am preparing Form 1, it asks for stamp duty payment details.
The payment is to be done electronically.
The MCA portal shows invalid SRN of approved Form 1A. So, I cant make payment of stamp duty before uploading Form 1.

What is the process to file the same?
Should I upload all three forms together & then it will take me to payment portal?

But again before uploading, Form 1 would not be pre-scrutinise itself in absence of duty payment details.
Need your guidance.

Dear Frnzz 1 of my friend recently uploaded Form 1A - availability of name on MCA Site...she made a mistake in the address of the promoter who is a foreign Company...What are the options to rectify it now? The form has not yet been approved...

There is a private company..wants to declare dividend out of reserves...it has reserves amounting to almost 10 times its paid up capital & minimal amount of current profits...what rules will be applicable to it??..& also it has never declared dividend ever before...will the first point of rules for declaration of dividend out of reserves be applicable in my case??

in case of new registration of private limited company...with capital of 1lakh

1. is it compulsory to appoint ateast one Managing Director or Whole time director or Executive director?

2. Is it compulsory to appoint manager or sercretary?

3. or we can file form 32 with just 2 directors and nothing else.?
