14 June 2013 Dear Sir,

I have filed up & ready Form 18 and Form 32.
When I am preparing Form 1, it asks for stamp duty payment details.
The payment is to be done electronically.
The MCA portal shows invalid SRN of approved Form 1A. So, I cant make payment of stamp duty before uploading Form 1.

What is the process to file the same?
Should I upload all three forms together & then it will take me to payment portal?

But again before uploading, Form 1 would not be pre-scrutinise itself in absence of duty payment details.
Need your guidance.

14 June 2013 1) The Name approval is valid only for 60 days. Ensure that the name is valid while prefilling the Form 1A SRN in Form 1.

2) For Payment of Stamp duty electronically, Select the appropriate state of filing , prefill , and then select "Yes" for the item "whether stamp duty is to be paid electronically"

3) In case of stamp duty paid in respect of Power of attornery , if any, fill the same in "others" column.

4) Form 1, 18 & 32 needs to be filed together.

5) At the time of filing, the payment has to be made seperately for Incorporation fees & stamp duty payment.
