can any one provide me with a board resolution for opening of bank account for gratuity fund.

BOARD RESOLUTION
CERTIFIED TRUE COPY OF RESOLUTION PASSED AT THE BOARD MEETING HELH ON XXth August XXXX AT THE HEAD OFFICE OF THE COMPANY.
“RESOLVED THAT a bank account for gratuity fund for the company be opened with State Bank of India, XXXXXX Branch, and that the said bank be and hereby authorized to honour cheques, Bill of exchange and promissory notes drawn, accepted or made on behalf of the company by Mr. XXXXXX or MR. XXXXXXXXXXX severely and to act on any instructions so given to the account, whether the same be overdrawn or not, or relating to the transactions of the Company”.
