Hearing for petition u/s 141

14 June 2013 I Had filed a petition U/s 141 for Condonation of Delay of 23 days in filing Form 17 for satisfaction of Charge.

Now my hearing is fixed for same.

Please let me know that whether I have to personally attend the hearing or is there any other way.

Please also provide information regarding place/Office Address of MCA where hearing shall b e made if petition is filed before C.L.B. New Delhi.

15 June 2013 Now the powers have been transferred to Regionial Director. Any petition filed with the CLB automatically transferred to RD and all new petitions are to be filed online with RD.

Please check accordingly.

You have to attend the hearing personally or through your representative (Duly authorised).

16 June 2013 I Had Filed Form 24AAA online, in my Track Transaction Status, it is that Hearing if fixed on 18/06/2013, and Form 67 should be filed.

For what reasons Form 67 should be filed.
and what are the document i require at the time of hearing and where is the office of MCA in Delhi.
