13 June 2013 i am in private company.having authorised and paid up share 10000 value 10per share...
can my company increase equity share authorised and paid up from 10000 eq. sh. to 1 crore eq. share of 10 each...of course after amending AOA ..is there any celing limit of issuing equity shares in pvt. company?

Yes you can do so by altering Capital Clause in Clause V of MOA and change capital clause of AOA accordingly for above purpos.
