13 June 2013 I have received my cs membership in June 2013 and Certificate of Practice by July 2013. My query is can I sign Compliance Certificates for the Quarter Ended March, 2013 after receiving my COP in July

As per my knowledge, after getting COP, he can issued Compliance Certificate for upcoming year.

A PCS can issue Compliance Certificate after approval of the Board for his appointment as PCS and the PCS will be appointed for upcoming year and not for last year.
