i am confused regarding Directors' remuneration in case of Private company and Public company ( listed and Unlisted both)

what are the advantages and disadvantages if as a director I am about to incorporate Unlisted public company or Private comapny ?

What should be preferable Unlisted public company or Private company ?

I was submiting form 1and form 32 & 18... after payment of fee of Rs4800/- error msg appear as" there is scrutiny error occurred please resubmit form again" but the payment successfull msg flashed and disapear before noting down the srn ..... now how I resubmit form n check the status of transection ?

Will I got some email for the same from mca 21 ?

what to do now ?

I WANT TO FILE LAST 5 YEAR ANNUAL RETURNS OF THE COMPANY.

COMPANY IS IN DEFAULTER LIST OF MCA FOR FILING ANNUAL RETURN SINCE INCORPORATION.

THERE IS ANY SCHEME AVAILABLE OR HAVE ANY PROCEDURE.

As per Circular No.11/2003 dated 29-05-2013, An affidavit/declaration from subscribers/first directors, first at the time of incorporation and from directors, subsequently whenever company changes its objects, to the effect that company dirctors shall not accept deposits unless comliance with the applicable provisions of Companies Act, 1956, RBI Act, 1934 and SEBI Act, 1992 and rules/directions/regulations made there under are duly complied and filed with the concerned authorities. Further, e-mail address of each director should be given in form 32 instead of other person and particulars in tables should be written in own handwriting and also attached with MOA/AOA.
Please set the format of affidavit.

A promoter who is also a practicing CA, Can he/she digitally sign the Form 1 for formation of a pvt. ltd.company as form 1 is required to be signed by practicing professional?
The promoter is not a director in the company.

The company has created charges in the year 1985, 1986 and 2003 respectively and duly satisfied them in the balance sheet of the Company but did not filed form 17. What is the remedy??????
