E-mail address of each director should be given in form 32 instead of other person and particulars in tables should be written in own handwriting and also attached with MOA/AOA.

Hi
It means,
when you file Form-32 you should mention email id of the director in their respective column.
Subscriber page of MOA & AOA should be in own hand writing of the promoters and the details required to be mentioned should be their own writing.
Otherwise MCA will not entertain your Forms.
