To carry on in India or elsewhere the business as printers, publishers, typesesster, DPT operators, proofreaders, binders, cutter, perforators, laminators, designers, authors, writer and editors of publication all varieties, descriptions, specifications, applications & uses including books, novels, magazines, journals, souvenirs, newsletters, periodicals, bulletins, pamphlets, forms catalogues, diaries, calendars, posters, pictures, stickers, text books, law books, school books, college books, newspapers & other allied publications on any subject whatsoever in print as well as in electronic media and to develop software, CDs, cassettes, floppies or any other electors mode, devices, systems and to act as jobwork, contractor, sub-contractor, consultant, date entry operator, page maker, website designer, copyright owner and to deal in all goods, articles and things necessary for the attainment of the above objects.

Main Object

1. To carry on the business of Media Management and consultancy such as Producing and processing of all type of documentary films, feature films and distributors of cinematography films and to do all the things necessary and expedient in connection with the business of films.
2. To carry on in India or else where the business to produce, promote, project, participate, manufacture, manipulate, treat, process prepare, alter, develop, expose, edit, exhibit, make, remake, display, print, re-print, convert, duplicate, finish, bye, sell, run, import, export, and to act as broker, agent, distributor, proprietor, copy right owners, video right owners, cinema studio owners etc. of all kinds of video films, telefilms, news reels, slides in all languages prevailing in the world and do all other business related to Television Industry in general.
3. To act as advisers and/or consultants on all matters and problems relating to administration, management, organization, manufacture, production, storage, process, systems and accounts.
4. To carry on the business of consultants, agents, sub-agents, liaison agent/liaison sub-agents, for Indian and Foreign Clients/Principals on matters relating to entertainment/advertising publicity materials or any kind of business which the Company may be required to carry on.
5. To act as Consultants Advisers, Agents and representative in connection with the main business of the Company.
6. To undertake laisioning work, aid, promote, and co-ordinate project studies, feasibility reports, business arrangement, collaboration assist in technical assistance and services, prepare schemes, project reports, conduct market research and studies, arrange technical, legal and management studies and arrangements, provide management personnel, supervise and set up production techniques, assist in finding markets for manufacture goods of Indian and foreign origin, arrange secure investments of foreign capital in Indian Undertakings and enterprises and Indian capital in foreign undertakings and enterprises and to act as agent or render assistance to ant person, firm, company, association, embassy or government.
