Urgent help ...error occurred while submiting form

I was submiting form 1and form 32 & 18... after payment of fee of Rs4800/- error msg appear as" there is scrutiny error occurred please resubmit form again" but the payment successfull msg flashed and disapear before noting down the srn ..... now how I resubmit form n check the status of transection ?
Will I got some email for the same from mca 21 ?
what to do now ?

1) Log in to www.mca.gov.in
2) Under eforms, click on 'track transaction status'.
3) Fill up 'start datr' and 'end date' only.
4) Click on 'search'.
5) Search results will appear in next screen in which, among others, column 2 will give the SRN and column 7 will give the 'status'.
6) If status shows 'resubmission', resubmit the e-forms using the SRN obtained as above.
7) If no data is displayed, payment has to be given again and e-forms has to be uploaded again.
