A car is purchased by a director of pvt.co. in his name through bank finance.. Later on he transferred car and loan to the co.in which he is a director..whether it is possible....? If so what are the requirments.....?

it is possible when a purchase agreemant made and also change in veh registration numner and with finance co/.also change the name borrower

Whether approval from CG is also required if the paid up capital of the co. is 1crore.....?
