Hi.... I have applied for Pvt Ltd incorporation with the help of one of my friend, Name is approved, but other work is pending from his end. Now I decided to do rest work from other friend kindly tell me is it possible, do I need to collect any document from 1st friend please tell me if it is possible then what is the procedure for the same.

The person has been inadvertently obatained second DIN instead of updation of PAN against Existing DIN. Existing DIN which has been deactivated by DIN cell due to non updation of PAN was obtaind in year 2003. and second DIN was obtained in Year 2007. Now The person wants to cancel the second DIN bcauese 1st DIN is deactivated and DIN 4 cant filed due to another DIN i.e. second din alloted against the PAN. Kindly give the procedure for cancellation of DIN.

Dear Experts,

I filed Form DIN 1 and the Approved DIN was alloted to the applicant. But, while filling the Middle Name and Last Name of Applicant and Middle Name and Last Name of Applicants Father's Name got Interchanged. As a result,the Applicant's Middle name and Last Name are appearing as interchanged in the DIN Database.

One of the possible solution for fixation of this issue is by way of Filing Form DIN 4 and correcting the details therein.

Please Advise the Correct procedure for fixation of this issue.
