Please guide me we have pvt ltd. company we set a basic limit of salary is more than 6500/- (All the employee getting Basic is more than 7000/-. My Question is PF applicable to employee & if employee don't want to join EPF Scheme than which forms will be applicable ? (Under the EPF Act )

Please suggest what to do ?

Is a first auditor of a company compulsorily need to file 23B with ROC?
If no then under which section/sub-section/clause/rule of Companies Act,1956.

Dear Experts,

I filed Form DIN 1 and the Approved DIN was alloted to the applicant. But, while filling the Middle Name and Last Name of Applicant and Middle Name and Last Name of Applicants Father's Name got Interchanged. As a result,the Applicant's Middle name and Last Name are appearing as interchanged in the DIN Database.

One of the possible solution for fixation of this issue is by way of Filing Form DIN 4 and correcting the details therein.

Please Advise the Correct procedure for fixation of this issue.

Dear Sir,

I am presently doing an Audit of Private Limited Company. Its turnover is around Rs. 20 Crore. And Share Capital including Reserve is less than Rs. 5 Crores. One of the director is being paid the sitting fees of Rs. 17500/- during the year. Is that eligible?
