Please guide me we have pvt ltd. company we set a basic limit of salary is more than 6500/- (All the employee getting Basic is more than 7000/-. My Question is PF applicable to employee & if employee don't want to join EPF Scheme than which forms will be applicable ? (Under the EPF Act )

Please suggest what to do ?
