05 September 2013 The person has been inadvertently obatained second DIN instead of updation of PAN against Existing DIN. Existing DIN which has been deactivated by DIN cell due to non updation of PAN was obtaind in year 2003. and second DIN was obtained in Year 2007. Now The person wants to cancel the second DIN bcauese 1st DIN is deactivated and DIN 4 cant filed due to another DIN i.e. second din alloted against the PAN. Kindly give the procedure for cancellation of DIN.
