04 September 2013 Dear Sir,
what is the last Date of purchasing shares for being eligible to vote at agm ?
if, the date of agm is 25th sep,2013.
the book closure date is 10th sep to 25th sep.

Before the closure of register of member. Please check the book closing date of that company. You should have shares on before the book closing date.

04 September 2013 Thanks Ayay Sir for your reply, but if a person buy shares of the company before a week of the AGM then will he be eligible to attend AGM ?
because demate trading is available even in book close time.

so my query is that he will become a member of the company by purchasing shares , so being a member can he attend the AGM ?
