05 September 2013 Hi.... I have applied for Pvt Ltd incorporation with the help of one of my friend, Name is approved, but other work is pending from his end. Now I decided to do rest work from other friend kindly tell me is it possible, do I need to collect any document from 1st friend please tell me if it is possible then what is the procedure for the same.

05 September 2013 Thanks for link, but sir in my case I have applied for name approval from one person but rest work from other person. Question is that can that another person perform rest of the work without the concent of 1st person.

05 September 2013 If such person is not an applicant of Form-1A then you can do rest of incorporation proceeding from other.

05 September 2013 Thanks sir, that is what i am asking, What to do if form 1A is applied by Mr. X and rest work transfer to Mr. Y. So can Mr. Y do rest work. Or we need to collect some paper or form from Mr.X so that Mr Y could perform rest.

05 September 2013 No. Mr. X is applicant for name approval and he got the name for Incorporation of company. You can not change the applicant for further proceeding on that name.However you can take NOC from that applicant that he is not intended to continue with proposed company and start proceeding with others.
