I have Submitted Form 1 for incorporating a company on 12.02.2014, but there were some changes required by the MCA in MOA as directed on 17.02.2014
Now at the time of re submission i am not able to do so.

What are the repercussions of holding Share Application Money pending for Allotment for more than one year?

my question is that can one director sign board report of a company & Balance Sheet Too.

I just want to know that my client is an NRI and a director in foreign Company also running a proprietorship in India.
