20 February 2014 Dear all,

I have Submitted Form 1 for incorporating a company on 12.02.2014, but there were some changes required by the MCA in MOA as directed on 17.02.2014
Now at the time of re submission i am not able to do so.

A screen shot is attached for your valuable feedback.

Please guide me on this issue

20 February 2014 the link attached cannot be opened at any place other than your own computer.

did you lodge a ticket at MCA website at http://www.mca.gov.in/DCAPortalWeb/dca/MyMCALogin.do?method=setDefaultProperty&mode=46

you should use this service. MCA responds very quickly.
