21 February 2014 Fact- A Pvt Company incorporated as per Indian Company Law and having NRI directors.Now both the directors are outside of india.

Question- How the AGM could be conducted? Whether it can be outside india or poxy can do ?

Please confirm one more thing, whether it can have through video conferencing even if both directors are outside and will be treated as valid quorum for AGM?
