20 February 2014 may be a bit too early. only 98 sections have been notified. no rules have been notified yet. So better cover other subjects and wait for ICAI to clarify the same.

16 March 2014 update on the above:

ICAI has clarified that certain sections of companies act shall be applicable to November 14 onwards. so atleast cover this much.
