What should happen if the day specified in the articles for an adjourned board meeting accidentally happens to be a public holiday?

my company has been struck-off vide fast track exit procedure letter u/s 560(5) received as on 17.02.2014.

I have some queries post strike-off as follows:-

1. Do we receive any certificate from ROC, regarding such strike-off or the notice u/s 560(5) is sufficient proof for stike-off of such company?

2. as the company has been struck-off in February, is the company required to file its ITR upto January??

3. What are the other actions to be taken post strike-off, like deactivation of PAN number in the name of the Company and surrender of other certificates/ registrations.

Me and my son are partners in a partnership firm.
The terms of agreement say equal allocation of profit/loss and equal remuneration to both the partners.
Capital is in 90:10 ratio.
My question is, in legal terms are we considered as 50:50 partners or 90:10 partners?

Fact- A Pvt Company incorporated as per Indian Company Law and having NRI directors.Now both the directors are outside of india.

What are the repercussions of holding Share Application Money pending for Allotment for more than one year?

I am having a doubt regarding directors retiring by rotation in a public compny. Please let me know, whether the concept of directors retiring by rotation is applicable to whole time Directors or not?
And in a company whether all directors be whole time directors.
