Non filing of form 5 inv

21 February 2014 Dear all,
I have received a notice from MCA for non filing of form 5 INV for a private limited company.In Balance sheet 2012-13, share application pending allotment has shown.
how can i reply for the said letter.

21 February 2014 many companies have received the said notice. you need to file the Form 5 INV within 30 days of receipt of the notice.

21 February 2014 Dear Nikhil, as i told aforesaid its a private limited company, the share application money shown in 2012-13 balance sheet is the amount introduced by director of the company.
in this company only husband and wife are directors.
At the time of filing of form 5 INV, interest will have to be shown.

21 February 2014 well interest is applicable only if you are a unlisted public company. private limited companies are not required to provide any interest
