A Private company wants to issue its 60000 Equity Shares. Plesae suggest us complete procedure of share allotment under the Companies Act 2013.

I have query about the appointment of Managing Director AS per New Companies Act 2013.If a person is already holding the office of director in the Company and the company is private limited company,he wants to change his designation from Director to MD (with Remuneration).what are the requirements of change in designation from Director to MD in New Companies Act 2013.

My company is a Pvt Ltd Company. It proposes to borrow money for such amount exceeding paid up capital and free reserves. Therefore, it has passed Special Resolution U/s 180(1)(c) of the CA, 2013 and has already registered this resolution with ROC. Thereafter, the Board moves to borrow money and borrowed money. My question is that whether it is required to pass another BR before borrowing such money ???

As per new company law it is on company to inform about the auditor appointmet, in case of a new company, the intimation is do be done within 15days of the board meeting and board meeting needs to be done in one month of incorporation.
The Form through which ROC need to be intimated about the same is Form ADT - 1, but the same is not available in filing mode. therefore what need to be done in such a case.

Can a Pvt Ltd Co give loan to directors if interest on such loan is paid by directors from time to time as per section 185 pf CA 2013

while filing of form 1 of llp the designated partners residential status is not pre filled by mca.its shows the the details din/dpin of designated partner is differ from the pan data of partner.what should i do to resolve the problem what can be the possible reason of this error.

If two companies are under amalgamation come together and form a new company then whether that new Company has to follow all that compliance to form a new company? and who will be the subscribers to MOA at such time?

As per latest regulations if I am director of a new pvt. ltd. company I can not borrow from my relatives as well as shareholders

is increasing authorized capital and issuing shares is the only option I have ??
