Is there a need of pre-certification from CA/CS of MGT-14 form for a small company as per company act 2013 ?

18 May 2014 No, OPC and Small Companies are exempted from pre-certification requirements of MGT-14 - Rule 12(a) of The Companies (Registration Office and Fees) Amendment Rules, 2014.
