Appointment of auditor

17 May 2014 I want to file Letter for appointment of Auditor, as per the Companies Act, 1956 the appointment will be made in Form-23B, but now there is no any form available on MCA portal, then how can we file the same

17 May 2014 It will b filed as per Companies Act 2013, it is ADT-1. U may visit the following link.

17 May 2014 Thx Sandeep, We will get it signed ADT-1, but this attachment how can be uploaded on MCA site.
